- Switch network to be dtac business customer gets 60 GB/ bill cycle for 24 months
- Month 25th onward, data will be 20 GB/ bill cycle
- The outstanding balance of main package data (20 GB) will be carry over to next month (maximum 1 month)

General Terms and Conditions of All dtac BIZ 5G MAX VOICE
- Rate per message: SMS 2 baht; MMS 4.50 baht
- In case of package change, the Company reserves the right not to carry forward any remaining dtac internet to the next month.
- Service fee rate excludes international calls, roaming services, audio text, premium number service and other promotion services beyond the privilege mentioned above including other charges such as package change fee, Service Providers’ download fees, etc. If Customers would like to subscribe for supplemental package or other download services, Customers must study terms and conditions of each Service Provider in full details before using the service.
- Unused balance of free calls privilege dtac internet privilege and SMS cannot be carried over to the next billing cycle and is not refundable or exchangeable to cash.
- Customers are encouraged to study terms and conditions, service fee rate, settings and internet service area for usage convenience. The speed of dtac internet usage depends on service time period and user traffic, including the quality of connecting devices. In case of data roaming service usage, service fee rate will depend on the rate determined by foreign Service Providers.
- For Thai or Thai-with-English SMS, 70 characters are counted as one SMS. English SMS of 160 characters are counted as one SMS. In case of SMS characters exceeding limits above, it will be counted as another new SMS. Recipients might receive single or separate SMS, depending on receiving device’s capability. For symbols or special characters, character counts will be calculated differently due to system technical limitations.
- For customers applying or cancelling this promotion package during billing cycle, the Company will calculate service fees and excess service fees according to the service rates of this promotion package and the usage period of that billing cycle
- This promotion is intended for personal use between mobile phones only. Customers are prohibited from using this promotion for seeking profit by other means that is a violation against the laws, and for providing any services of voice over IP service (VoIP). If the fact shows that this promotion is used for seeking business benefit or for communicating with others for commercial purposes, or for accessing internet in the manners that are against the law or in violation of public order, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the service and to revoke the service privilege as stated in this promotion, and the Service provider will collect usage fee according to the normal rate usage per each billing cycle.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change this promotion including terms and conditions without prior notice.
- Customers allow the Service Provider [or the Company] to access and process personal data stored in smart card ID and other information that Customers provide, for the purpose of communication business benefits and VAS and promotions. The Service Provider or the Company will also be able to disclose, transfer and share customers’ personal data to external agencies both domestic and international for the aforementioned purposes.
- Customers allow the Service Provider (or the Company) to offer other promotional campaigns and privileges via customers’ email address or any other communication channel as informed to the Service Provider.
- If the Customers use other services provided by the Company in addition to telecommunication services, all terms and conditions governing the use of such services shall apply herein mutatis mutandis.
